CONSULTATIONS
LET'S GET ORGANIZED and STAGE! specializes in de-cluttering/
organizing lived-in spaces, staging homes for immediate sale,
downsizing you from a large house to a more manageable one, and
interior decorating. Regardless of your needs, we will come out to
your property, assess its interior and/or exterior, and provide you with
a detailed, written, consultation report of recommended, do-it-yourself
changes to be made (or a decorating plan, if that is your particular
need) for a consultation fee of only $125. Or you can hire us to do all
of the work for you at an affordable, hourly rate!
ORGANIZING/STAGING/DECORATING
- LET'S GET ORGANIZED and STAGE! can organize or decorate an
environment within your living spaces that makes you feel stress-
free and at peace.
- LET'S GET ORGANIZED and STAGE! can stage your for-sale
home so that potential buyers can easily envision themselves in the
space and ultimately buy your property faster and for more than
your asking price!
- Rates for these services are $25 per hour.
DOWNSIZING
- LET'S GET ORGANIZED and STAGE! can transition you from a
large home to a more manageable one by helping you decide what
you no longer want as well as what you do want to take to your
next home. We haul away your unwanted items to charity for you
and take the trash to the curb. If you wish to have an estate sale,
we work closely with an estate sale company that gets you top
dollar for your unwanted but valuable items. We help you decide
on a moving company and can also assist in unpacking you at your
new home.
